1. Who we are

Joint Mission is a trade name of Ninjai, VAT BE 1034.682.172, Jan van Aelbroecklaan 36, 9050 Ghent.

2. Booking and payment

An online booking is final once payment is received. You receive a confirmation by e-mail. The price includes VAT and covers the game, the materials and remote support. There are no additional costs.

3. Rescheduling or cancelling

Moving to another date is possible by arrangement. Cancellation terms are communicated on confirmation.

4. During the game

Participants play on public roads and respect traffic rules and other road users. Participation is at your own responsibility. The number of players corresponds to the booked package.

5. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Disputes are submitted to the competent courts of Ghent.
